Use Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet  (APPJ) to deposit transparent conductive thin films

Transparent conductive thin films are widely used as electrodes in various optoelectronic devices such as liquid crystal display (LCD), solar cells, light-emitting device (LED), and flat panel displays.

We use atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) to deposit GZO thin films for the purpose of  lowering the cost and high efficiency.
